Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce applications, owning the technical lifecycle from stakeholder requirements through to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, and Triggers.
• Implement REST API integrations and manage Community Cloud (Experience Cloud) deployments.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Product Owners, and UX designers to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Establish development best practices, standardization, and version control processes.
• Manage Copado deployment pipelines and drive technology improvements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Salesforce Development.
• Deep expertise in Lightning, LWC, Apex Classes, and Triggers.
• Proven experience with Community Cloud/Experience Cloud.
• Strong background in REST API integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Copado deployment processes.
• Proficient in version control and technical standardization.
• Ability to independently lead investigations and define project scope.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Marketing Cloud.
