Description

Design, configure, and deploy solutions within the Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

You will own the full SDLC, from analysis and design through coding, testing, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize technical components using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning framework.
• Execute quality assurance and performance testing to ensure tool effectiveness.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with functional leaders and subject matter experts to clarify requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud Administration.
• Strong skills in Apex and Visualforce development.
• Experience with the Lightning framework and object-oriented development.
• Knowledge of data modeling, management, and security.
• Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Full SDLC experience from analysis to maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with MuleSoft.
