You will design, build, and maintain complex Salesforce solutions, translating business requirements into scalable technical implementations.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and generate technical specifications for software design or redesign.
• Design, test, and implement solutions leveraging industry best practices and security standards.
• Ensure all supported areas meet quality, security, and compliance requirements.
• Act as the expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts.
• Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using iterative Agile SDLC methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, including governor limits and security.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), OAuth, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience designing and deploying large-scale projects end-to-end.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, specifically Git and Jenkins, and Salesforce DX.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UI frameworks for Lightning components.
• Proficiency in at least one other backend language, such as Java.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience following iterative and Agile SDLC methodologies.
