Description

You will lead the development and rollout of Salesforce CRM solutions, focusing on Data Cloud and Client 360 capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement Salesforce Data Cloud offerings, including Customer 360 Audiences, Data Manager, and Identity Resolution.
• Leverage Client 360 features like Privacy Center to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance.
• Integrate Slack with Salesforce to streamline internal workflows and team collaboration.
• Deliver AI-powered solutions for enterprise-scale customer service and sales environments.
• Translate complex technical architectures into clear concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and product strategy.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Deep knowledge of Customer 360 Data Manager and Identity Resolution.
• Experience with data management and enrichment tools such as Databricks.
• Proven track record of delivering generative AI solutions at an enterprise scale.
• Ability to design and execute technical rollouts with a focus on user experience.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills using Salesforce insights.
