Description

You will develop and maintain complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
• Develop, unit test, and deploy custom Apex code, Visualforce, and Force.com pages.
• Build and maintain integrations with third-party solutions using SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to resolve issues across CRM and related systems.
• Mentor and coordinate offshore development resources on the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of total IT experience, including 2+ years as a Salesforce Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Apex and SOQL.
• 2+ years developing on the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including Aura, LWC, and Lightning App Builder.
• 2+ years of development experience in Java or C#.
• Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• 3+ years working with Waterfall and Agile Development Methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing industry-specific Salesforce solutions (healthcare, e-commerce, field service).
