Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents within the Salesforce ecosystem, focusing on AgentForce AI capabilities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with AgentForce AI.
• Implement and configure intelligent agents using LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AgentForce agents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Build and maintain guardrails and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud-based architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
• Proven experience with AgentForce, LLMs, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Expertise in REST/SOAP APIs and SOQL/SOSL.
• Familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
