Description

You will design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents within the Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions integrated with AgentForce AI capabilities.
• Implement and configure intelligent agents using LLMs and prompt engineering techniques.
• Build and maintain guardrails and governance frameworks for AI agent behavior.
• Lead end-to-end deployment of AgentForce agents across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Design data models and pipelines for AI applications, integrating with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development and cloud-based architecture.
• Expert proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Python, and JavaScript.
• Strong command of SOQL/SOSL and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Proven experience with AgentForce, LLMs, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools, specifically TensorFlow, PyTorch, and OpenAI APIs.
• Understanding of conversational AI, prompt engineering, and generative AI systems.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
