Description

You will lead the technical design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce customizations and system integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own all technical aspects of Salesforce, including custom code, data migrations, data quality, and AppExchange products.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Components to meet business requirements.
• Manage integrations and connectors between Salesforce and external applications using real-time, batch, and sync/async methods.
• Write, test, and implement high-quality code while monitoring compliance with version control and backup processes.
• Create technical documentation and assist with scoping and planning for CRM projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Certified Salesforce Developer credential.
• Deep experience with Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Hands-on expertise writing Apex classes, Triggers, and Lightning Components.
• Proven success managing multiple Salesforce integration projects.
• Experience with scripted data loaders, web services, and cloud or on-premise middleware.
• Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering and solution deployment.
• Technical project management experience, preferably within Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Financial Services Cloud experience.
• Salesforce DX experience.
• Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer credential.
