Description

Senior Salesforce Developer responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio and declarative features. You will build integrations with external systems and Oracle databases, lead technical design sessions, and mentor junior developers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using OmniStudio components including FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce Web Services APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk API) and Metadata API.
• Configure and customize Salesforce declarative features to meet program office requirements.
• Create dashboards and reports to support executive decision-making and data visualization.
• Lead design sessions, define testing strategies, and execute production deployments with accuracy.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
• Deep expertise with OmniStudio tools: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce APIs: SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle databases and external systems.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments, including sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and guide best practices in Salesforce development.
