Description

You will own the full application lifecycle for Salesforce and Force.com solutions, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and code solutions to specification using Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Configure the Salesforce declarative environment and implement application solutions.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Force.com SOAP, REST, Bulk, and Metadata APIs.
• Define system landscapes, identify gaps, and lead design sessions to communicate options to clients.
• Execute testing strategies, deploy implementations, and collaborate with QA on security and customer issues.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of application development experience with emphasis on Salesforce and Force.com.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative configuration and environment.
• Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Struts, JSP, and JavaScript.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and Client Server technologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Ability to document application specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce Developer or Admin track certification.
• Experience retrieving data from Oracle Database.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Metadata API.
• Experience creating dashboards, reports in Salesforce, or reports in Tableau.
