Description

You will lead the development, maintenance, and administration of customized Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized Salesforce solutions, including user interfaces and applications using Apex, Lightning, and VisualForce.
• Manage daily support, maintenance, and system administration of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environments.
• Oversee solution design and delivery, ensuring integration with existing architecture and other platforms.
• Evaluate CRM and case management processes to identify opportunities for Einstein Analytics automation.
• Communicate technical concepts to project managers, clients, and stakeholders, and deliver Salesforce training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency with Apex, Salesforce Lightning, and VisualForce.
• Experience with JavaScript and Native Salesforce development.
• Strong background in system administration, including user permissions, security settings, and custom objects.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce with applications built on different platforms and coding languages.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer Certification.
• Experience with Java, .NET, or Business Analyst functions.
