Description

You will lead development efforts, designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality software on the Salesforce platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical lead on large-scale initiatives or multiple smaller projects.
• Ensure consistent code quality through peer reviews and technical guidance.
• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to map business requirements to Salesforce capabilities.
• Develop solutions for business workflows and analytics using Salesforce best practices.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, including testing, documentation, and deployment.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex and Salesforce APIs.
• 10+ years of web application development using JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
• Expertise in custom objects, validation rules, workflows, and process automation.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and marketing automation tools like Pardot.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills for documenting complex technical designs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading scrum teams through grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
• Proven track record of delivering break/fix support and maintenance solutions.
