Description

You will own the engineering and operational maturity of our Salesforce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines and automation processes for Salesforce development and operations.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT teams to streamline release management and improve deployment efficiency.
• Monitor and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of Salesforce applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment, integration, and performance of Salesforce applications.
• Implement best practices for configuration management, version control, and infrastructure automation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, with at least 3 years focused on Salesforce.
• Proficiency in Salesforce administration and development tools, including Salesforce DX and Copado.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Developer, or Architect).
