Description

You will lead technical integration efforts for Loyalty Cloud implementations, focusing on automation, data synchronization, and workflow orchestration within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Write and maintain code using Ampscript, SQL, and SSJS to support complex integration logic.
• Develop and manage automations, Journey Builder workflows, and Einstein-based implementations.
• Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect, Mobile Connect, and Mobile Push settings.
• Produce and contribute to technical documentation for all integration projects and system architectures.
• Work within an Agile project development environment to deliver integration solutions on schedule.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical integration roles.
• Proficiency in Ampscript and SQL for data manipulation and content generation.
• Hands-on experience with Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Experience configuring Salesforce Marketing Cloud Connect, Mobile Connect, and Mobile Push.
• Working knowledge of Journey Builder and Einstein for marketing automation.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Apex, and Visualforce.
• Background in Agile development environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Working experience with Salesforce Loyalty Cloud or equivalent platforms like Annex Loyalty Cloud.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Interaction Studio.
