Description

You will lead core development efforts within the Salesforce ecosystem to build and maintain enterprise-grade applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and approval processes.
  • Develop customer-facing interfaces and integrate external applications with Salesforce.
  • Configure Salesforce Omni Channel, including routing, queues, and user security controls.
  • Build and manage complex workflows, reports, dashboards, and email generation modules.
  • Architect solutions involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of core Salesforce.com development experience.
  • 4+ years of experience with Lightning Components, Lightning Events, and Lightning Pages.
  • 4+ years of development experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Process Flows.
  • Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and system integrations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including roles, profiles, and security settings.
  • Experience with enterprise-level software development and application design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SFDC and UX integration.
  • Experience integrating with Angular, React, or OpenCTI.
