Description

You will lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce development and integration with third-party services using agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and define appropriate designs, including data modeling.
• Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform.
• Design and develop high-performance, reusable Lightning components.
• Guide the team on writing test classes to ensure over 90% code coverage.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and debug issues against requirements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of core development experience in Salesforce.com.
• 4+ years of Omni Channel experience with Lightning Component, Lightning Event, and Lightning page Template.
• 4+ years of development experience in Visual Force, Apex, and Process Flows.
• Hands-on experience with Data Cloud and integration.
• Experience administering Salesforce Omni Channel (routing, queues, user management, security controls).
• Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Cloud.
• Experience designing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Experience integrating external applications with Salesforce.
• Previous contact center experience and CTI integration knowledge.
