Description

Lead technical design and delivery of AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions. You own the development lifecycle, mentor the team, and integrate AI frameworks into enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions with AI capabilities.
• Integrate AI frameworks, tools, and models within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Conduct hands-on development and code reviews to ensure scalability and best practices.
• Mentor development teams and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure solution quality through rigorous testing, documentation, and governance standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong customization fundamentals in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and APIs.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead managing technical delivery.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills for designing scalable, intelligent solutions.
• Experience with Einstein AI or Agentforce is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience championing AI-driven automation and predictive analytics.
