Drive the technical strategy for the Salesforce platform and lead a team of technical resources.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the technical strategy for the Salesforce platform while liaising with stakeholders.
• Lead a team of technical resources and support their professional and technical growth.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions through collaboration with internal teams.
• Ensure system quality, performance, and reliability by contributing to system testing and execution.
• Provide expertise on Salesforce design patterns, best practices, and deployment considerations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience working with Salesforce platforms.
• 4+ years in a technical lead role.
• 10+ years of total industry experience.
• In-depth knowledge of both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities.
• Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Proficiency with Salesforce APIs and SOQL.
• Proven experience in team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications including Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect.
