You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design technical systems and evaluate the impact of new technology on existing architectures.
• Lead technical teams through the full project implementation phase.
• Articulate complex designs, constraints, and technical requirements to stakeholders.
• Oversee optimization, validation, and approval of technology applications.
• Manage complex scenarios including business risks, vendor issues, and critical technical incidents.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of technical experience.
• Expertise in Salesforce.com.
• Proficiency in SOQL.
• Experience with Ampscript.
• Ability to define quality planning methodologies and documentation standards.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and coaching associates.
• Strong ability to manage customer expectations and project profitability.
