Description

You will design and deliver technical solutions that enable the Marketing team to leverage the Marketing Cloud automation platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build custom queries, email templates, and AMPscript-based dynamic templates.
• Configure automation jobs and develop comprehensive 1:1 customer journeys.
• Manage Marketing Cloud Connect setup and integrations with Salesforce and external applications.
• Monitor email delivery, manage reporting, and oversee IP warming processes.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical implementations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Salesforce technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud administrator or developer.
• Expertise in Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience querying Data Extensions and writing SQL Query Activities.
• Technical knowledge of JSON, XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Content Builder for email templates and content.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
