Description

Deliver technical solutions enabling the Marketing team to leverage the Marketing Cloud automation platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build custom queries, email templates, and AMPscript-based dynamic templates.
• Develop automation jobs and comprehensive 1:1 customer journeys.
• Manage Marketing Cloud Connect setup and integrations with Salesforce and external applications.
• Execute email delivery tasks including monitoring, reporting, and IP warming.
• Query Data Extensions and write SQL Query Activities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Technologies.
• 4+ years of experience as a Marketing Cloud administrator or developer.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.
• Experience with Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Journey Builder.
• Working knowledge of JSON, XML, MQ, HTTP, REST, and JavaScript.
• Experience using Content Builder for email templates and content.

Preferred Skills

• Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
