Description

Implement critical solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform throughout the application development life cycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Audience Builder.
• Develop custom scripts and applications using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL to extend platform functionality.
• Set up Email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
• Integrate data using APIs, Web Services (REST/SOAP), and SFTP/FTP mechanisms.
• Work within an Agile (Scrum) environment using iterative and test-driven methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and landing page development.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP web services.
• Experience with data integration and SFTP/FTP transfer mechanisms.
• Ability to identify problems and recommend technical solutions.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certifications: Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud Developer.
• Knowledge of CDP/Data Cloud.
