Description

You will lead custom development within Salesforce environments using OmniStudio and Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain custom LWC components, Apex programming, and Triggers.
• Develop OmniStudio solutions including Flexcards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors.
• Integrate systems using REST APIs.
• Translate functional and non-functional requirements into technical system requirements for Sales or Service Cloud.
• Create technical design documentation and follow coding standard best practices.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Apex programming and custom LWC development.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) tools: Flexcards, OmniScript, and DataRaptors.
• Experience implementing REST API integrations.
• 3+ years of experience in the Salesforce Development Life Cycle using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in deployments and packaging via Metadata API, ChangeSets, or Ant.
• 2+ years of experience working within Sales Cloud or Service Cloud environments.
• Proven ability to work in a global delivery environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Valid Salesforce OmniStudio Developer or Platform Developer 1/2 certification (minimum 3 years old).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
