Description

You will lead product management for Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions, integrating Generative AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations.
• Drive the integration of Generative AI capabilities into Salesforce workflows.
• Direct product strategy to implement AI-driven features within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Manage the full Salesforce product lifecycle from strategy to release.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management leadership.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Community Cloud.
• Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI solutions.
• Proven track record of managing Salesforce product lifecycles.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Must be a US Citizen, Green Card holder, GC-EAD, or H4-EAD.
