Responsibilities

• Execute comprehensive testing protocols specifically tailored for Salesforce environments.
• Validate system functionality and data integrity across critical workflows.
• Identify, reproduce, and document defects within Salesforce applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and verify fixes.
• Maintain accurate test records and reporting for release readiness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in quality assurance.
• Direct, hands-on experience testing Salesforce platforms.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models and object relationships.
• Proficiency in identifying and documenting software defects.
• Ability to validate complex business logic and workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
