Description

Lead the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for call center environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop complex components using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the virtual DOM for efficient rendering.
• Migrate legacy Salesforce Classic codebases into modern LWC architecture.
• Implement inbound and outbound integrations using MuleSoft REST APIs.
• Apply Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and styling hooks to build consistent user interfaces.
• Optimize code to follow best practices and avoid Salesforce governor limits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Deep expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Proficiency with HTML, style sheets, and Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Experience with MuleSoft REST APIs for system integration.
• Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Code, Salesforce extensions, and SFDX CLI.
• Working knowledge of GitHub for version control.
• Strong command of SOQL.
• Degree in any graduate field.
