Design and architect complex Salesforce solutions that align technical capabilities with strategic business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions by engaging with stakeholders.
• Architect and design solutions using Salesforce Experience Cloud to solve complex business problems.
• Lead the technical design and rollout of Service Cloud capabilities, including case page and call/chat integrations.
• Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals and manage competing priorities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Product Management and Technical Solution Design experience.
• Mandatory experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud product management and solution design.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining Service Cloud and Experience Cloud solutions.
• Proven experience with large-scale migrations from Siebel systems.
• Technical proficiency in Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment.
• Ability to design technical capabilities for both enterprise-wide use and individual associate needs.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Genesys Cloud experience.
• Experience delivering AI-powered solutions for customer service or sales at enterprise scale.
