Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, and implementation within healthcare environments.
• Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Engage directly with clients to define and scope technical requirements.
• Mentor junior developers and act as the technical lead for complex implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce development.
• Expert-level knowledge of OmniStudio.
• Certified in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Demonstrated experience with Provider Network Management (PNM).
• Proven ability to lead technical implementation in complex healthcare settings.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.

• Background in healthcare domain projects.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
