Description

You own the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, covering Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Knowledge, and CMS.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce architecture solutions across platform products.
• Lead deployment processes using CI/CD tools across sandbox and production environments.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, future-proof Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on complex integrations, custom development, and third-party solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience designing Salesforce applications, preferably for Government clients.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC/Aura Components, and SOQL.
• Experience implementing REST/SOAP APIs for external service integration.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools including Salesforce DX, Jenkins, Copado, or Gearset.
• Experience managing custom objects, flows, validation rules, and page layouts.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Ability to perform code reviews, ensure test coverage, and maintain version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Government clients.
