Description

You will own the day-to-day support and configuration of SAP Order-to-Cash applications and related add-ons.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Address incidents, change requests, and enhancement opportunities within SAP OTC.
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements by collaborating with business stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the ABAP development team.
• Configure and customize SAP OTC processes to meet changing business needs.
• Lead system and integration testing, support UAT, and conduct end-user training.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing and implementing SAP Order-to-Cash solutions.
• At least 3 years supporting SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) processes in S/4 HANA.
• Proven experience optimizing SAP Order-to-Cash processes, including sales order management, pricing, and billing.
• Familiarity with SAP technologies including S/4 HANA, ABAP, BADI, IDOC, RFC, ALE, and BAPI.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP ECC environments.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve complex OTC issues.
• Ability to document configurations, designs, and test scenarios.
