Key Requirements:
✅ 8–10 years of Business Analysis experience
✅ Experience with new Manufacturing Plant Setup projects
✅ Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Implementation experience
✅ Strong functional expertise in:
• SAP PP-PI (Production Planning for Process Industry)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• SAP QM (Quality Management)
• SAP EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Industry Experience:
🔹 Chemical Manufacturing domain expertise
🔹 Experience gathering requirements related to chemical components used in plastic moulding manufacturing
🔹 Understanding of manufacturing processes, product characteristics, and compliance requirements
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Collaborate with business owners, product managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders
✔ Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
✔ Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and system capabilities
✔ Lead solution definition across technology, process, and data domains
✔ Manage requirement changes and impact assessments
✔ Present solution options aligned with business objectives
✔ Support and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
✔ Ensure successful delivery of SAP-enabled business solutions
