Description

You will provide technical and business support for financial reporting and data integrations within the SAP Business Objects BI 4.2 ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain SAP BI IDT Universes using Hyperion Essbase and Oracle, including complex dimensions, measures, formulas, and MDX functions.
• Maintain Essbase units, organizational hierarchies, and strip lists based on business requirements.
• Manage user security, environment changes, patch updates, and financial publication security.
• Maintain large-scale Web Intelligence reports and manage over 1,000 SAP BI publications and schedules.
• Debug SAP BI reports, MDX queries, and Oracle SQL metadata while performing performance tuning on recurring schedules.
• Execute production moves using Promotion Management, conducting end-user testing and following ServiceNow Change Request processes.
• Provide extended support during the first week of the period close.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and SAP applications.
• Deep expertise in SAP Business Objects BI 4.2 and IDT Universe creation.
• Advanced knowledge of Hyperion Essbase, including applications, hierarchies, dimensions, and MDX functions.
• Proficiency in Oracle, specifically managing tables, views, and materialized views.
• Strong SQL skills for debugging and metadata maintenance.
• Experience with Python automation and PDF Meld for financial publications.
• Ability to manage large-scale enterprise environments with extensive report volumes.
• Experience working within Linux environments.
• Any Graduate degree.
