Description

You will lead the functional design and technical delivery of SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Finance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into solution architecture, managing both short-term needs and long-term IT investment goals.
• Own the full lifecycle of functional requirement gathering, design, development, and testing across multiple IT and business stakeholder groups.
• Perform root cause analysis on major software and application issues, diving into existing code to determine necessary object enhancements.
• Provide technical direction for complex SAP EAM and FICO finance system integration issues.
• Deliver accurate timelines for enhancement development, specific projects, and assigned tasks within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of experience in SAP Finance, specifically covering Asset Accounting, Project Systems, and Investment Management.
• Minimum of 2 full cycle implementations of SAP Asset Accounting and 2 to 3 total SAP Finance implementations.
• Deep technical knowledge of Asset Accounting and Project System integration.
• Expertise in AUC (Asset Under Construction) and Asset Capitalization processes.
• Hands-on experience with depreciation processes, asset acquisition, and legacy data migration.
• Proficiency in end-to-end Project Systems cycles, including WBS element expense capitalization, final settlement to main assets, and partial settlement.
• Experience managing WBS and project-level budgeting.
• Proven ability to lead business requirement workshops, perform Fit/Gap analysis, and write Functional Specifications (FS).
• Working knowledge of configuration for FICO-EAM and Asset Accounting modules.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of S/4HANA, including new Finance structures and Project Systems integration.
