Description

You will configure, develop, and implement SAP FICO solutions to drive digital transformation and business agility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements to define functional specifications and design process solutions.
• Configure and implement SAP systems, integrating applications with existing IT business solutions.
• Prepare and execute test plans and scripts for system and functional testing, including data conversion.
• Lead functional areas within implementation projects and provide end-user training and system support.
• Identify technical debt and legacy deficiencies to recommend architectural improvements and roadmap solutions.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP techno-functional experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Controlling (CO), specifically Product Costing (CO-PC).
• Deep functional experience with Material Ledger (ML) and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP, including ECC or S/4HANA.
• Proven experience with integration to SAP PP and CO.
• Working knowledge of SAP-MM, SAP-PP, and SAP-SOP.
• Ability to develop solution concepts, business cases, and technology architectures.
• Experience coaching and mentoring technical subject matter experts.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading functional areas in large-scale implementation projects.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical SAP solutions.
