Description

You will lead the configuration and customization of SAP FICO modules within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SAP FICO modules including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Bank and Treasury, and Cost and Profit Center Accounting.
• Manage Project Systems, Internal Orders, and Material Management inventory and sales audit processes.
• Lead requirement and solution discussions with cross-functional teams including MM, Sales, Inventory, Reporting, Development, and QA.
• Optimize month-end, quarter-end, and year-end FICO processes.
• Troubleshoot integrated applications and systems including Open Text and Ariba.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience supporting or implementing SAP/Retail FI-CO solutions.
• Expert knowledge of SAP FICO: GL, FA, AP, AR, Bank, Treasury, Cost and Profit Center Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge of MM/FI interfaces, logistics invoice verification, and 3-way match in SAP MM/AP.
• Experience with vendor invoice management applications such as Open Text and Ariba.
• Proficiency with Finance Interfaces using IDOC, BAPI, File, and EDI.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM and IM modules.
• Experience working with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Retail industry SAP implementations.
