Description

You will lead SAP HR Payroll implementations from requirements gathering through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional requirements by collaborating with business users to define needs.
• Design, configure, and test solutions within SAP HR Payroll to meet client specifications.
• Manage SAP implementation projects and provide leadership to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and IT teams to resolve software issues.
• Conduct training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP systems.

Required Skills

• Expertise in SAP HR Payroll functional configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of US SAP Payroll functions.
• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP implementations.
• Proficiency in SAP Implementation and SAP Processes.
• Experience conducting business process analysis and needs assessments.
• Strong communication skills for effective business user interaction.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and solve complex software problems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading multiple concurrent SAP implementation projects.
