Description

You will own end-to-end SAP HCM implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure HCM submodules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Payroll, Time Management, and ESS/MSS.
• Integrate HCM functionality with FICO, MM, and other SAP modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and execute SIT/UAT cycles.
• Support data migration and manage system cutover activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot complex HR process issues.

Required Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in SAP HCM implementations.
• Expertise in Personnel Administration (PA).
• Proficiency in Organizational Management (OM).
• Hands-on experience with Payroll and Time Management modules.
• Knowledge of ESS/MSS configuration.
• Experience integrating HCM with FICO and MM.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
• Demonstrable experience with SIT/UAT and Data Migration.
