Lead functional support and delivery for SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time modules in an AP environment. Manage daily ERP support and IT service desk functions to meet SLAs. Own critical incidents by coordinating resolution parties and managing stakeholder communication. Collaborate with technical leads to ensure functional specifications are accurate. Drive service delivery performance and implement process improvements. Mentor team members and recommend functional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily ERP time and payroll support, including IT service desk functions, to meet service level agreements.
- Own critical incidents by coordinating resolution parties and managing stakeholder communication during major incident reviews.
- Collaborate with technical leads to ensure functional specification requirements are accurate and complete.
- Drive service delivery performance and implement process improvements to meet customer expectations.
- Mentor team members and provide recommendations on functional initiatives and service methodologies.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of SAP team leadership experience across HCM, Payroll, and Time modules.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HCM, Payroll, and Time.
- Proven experience working with UKG Kronos Dimensions.
- Experience managing service-related processes and meeting SLAs.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in an AP environment.
- Strong functional specification development skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
