Description

You will configure and develop SAP EC Payroll US solutions to meet regulatory and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure and develop SAP Payroll modules including wage types, schemas, rules, functions, and features.
• Transform HR and Payroll business requirements into scalable technical specifications and functional designs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration errors for P2P, 401K, benefits, Annual Tax Adjustments, and year-end processes.
• Lead test strategy execution between HR and Payroll teams and manage SAP Support Pack/Notes application.
• Coordinate with external vendors, project managers, and global stakeholders across time zones.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of experience supporting SAP Payroll.
• Expertise in SAP EC, SAP Payroll, and SAP HR modules.
• Deep understanding of US payroll fiscal, legal, and administrative functions.
• Hands-on experience with Payroll Control Center and P2P integrations.
• Proficiency with BSI TaxFactory and Tax Profile Factory.
• Experience with SAP report generation and offcycle workbench.
• Proven ability to present technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong ability to manage technical documentation and business requirement mapping.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in HR/Payroll or EC Payroll.
• Experience using the SAP Support Portal.
