Description

Lead the delivery of the SAP S/4HANA Transformation program, establishing governance and managing scope, timelines, and outcomes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance structures to facilitate communication, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Manage program scope, timelines, and outcomes using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Monitor program performance, progress, and value using Earned Value Management (EVM) methods.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, operational, financial, and reputational risks.
• Direct implementation partners to ensure quality delivery and resolve conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA systems and processes.
• Proven experience managing suppliers and implementing supplier service changes.
• Experience driving technology change and rollouts.
• Ability to build business cases and secure approval from C-level executives.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
