Description

Lead testing efforts and quality assurance for large-scale SAP ERP implementations.

Manage detailed test plans for System Integration, Load, Performance, Dry Run, and User Acceptance cycles. Develop logic to extract actionable information from large datasets to improve operational efficiency. Define, document, and maintain testing processes based on industry standards and engineering knowledge. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless ERP system integration with business processes. Train new team members on testing roles, program objectives, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed test plans for System Integration, Load, Performance, Dry Run, and User Acceptance cycles.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience with a heavy emphasis on ERP systems and SAP.
• Proven success in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Extensive experience managing various test cycles, specifically integration testing.
• Advanced data analytics skills using Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and advanced charting.
• Proficiency with scaled agile project tracking tools such as Rally and ALM.
• Release management experience and familiarity with scaled agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Bachelor's degree.
