Description

Lead complex SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects from inception to closure.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards meet customer expectations.
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and adjust resource allocation to maintain alignment with baseline plans.
• Maintain risk and issue registers, driving proactive follow-up and closure of action items.
• Direct project closure activities, including financial reconciliation and effective resource mobilization.
• Oversee third-party vendors and provide regular status reporting to steering committees.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Project Manager leading greenfield, transformation, or large brownfield projects.
• Proven track record executing greenfield projects, preferably within CPG or Retail sectors.
• Expertise in SAP Activate methodology and SAP Rise.
• Experience managing implementations involving OTC, RTR, P2P, SCM, SAP IBP, CPI, and FI modules.
• Hands-on experience with SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects of medium to high complexity.
• Proficiency in using and creating project management and tracking tools.
• Ability to manage change requests, secure approvals, and maintain baseline integrity.
• Experience managing project resources, including manpower and equipment allocation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing Agile Project Management practices alongside ASAP.
