Description

 Day to Day:

• Serve as the primary functional support contact for Procurement and Operations users.
• Own incoming incidents and service requests from initial assessment through resolution.
• Troubleshoot SAP ECC and SAP Ariba issues, determine root cause, and coordinate with development teams when enhancements are required.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system fixes and enhancements.
• Support vendor onboarding, user provisioning, and security authorization requests.
• Monitor master data quality and support ongoing governance efforts.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and system optimization opportunities.
• Develop reporting and communicate support metrics, trends, and enhancement progress.
• Train and support end users to improve system adoption and effectiveness.

Musts:

• 7+ years supporting SAP ECC in a functional Business Systems Analyst or SAP Systems Analyst capacity.
• Strong SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay process knowledge.
• Experience supporting SAP Ariba.
• Hands-on experience with incident management, production support, troubleshooting, and UAT.
• Experience supporting vendor setup, user provisioning, and security/access requests.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and procurement business processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business stakeholders and global teams.

Pluses:

• SAP Ariba and/or SAP MM certification.
• Experience supporting high-volume enterprise SAP environments.
• Background in manufacturing or supply chain organizations
