Description

Own functional support for Procurement and Operations, resolving SAP ECC and Ariba incidents from assessment through resolution.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot SAP ECC and SAP Ariba issues, determine root cause, and coordinate development for enhancements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system fixes and new features.
• Support vendor onboarding, user provisioning, and security authorization requests.
• Monitor master data quality and drive process improvements with business stakeholders.
• Develop support metrics reports and train end users on system adoption.

Required Skills

• 7+ years supporting SAP ECC in a functional Business Systems Analyst or SAP Systems Analyst capacity.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM) and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience supporting SAP Ariba environments.
• Hands-on incident management, production support, and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with UAT execution and defect tracking.
• Understanding of vendor setup, user provisioning, and security/access management.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with global business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Ariba and/or SAP MM certification.
• Experience in high-volume enterprise SAP environments.
• Background in manufacturing or supply chain organizations.
