Sr. SAP Technical Consultant

You will lead technical teams and manage S/4HANA AMS initiatives as a technical lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical teams in day-to-day AMS support for S/4HANA systems.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex incidents and performance issues.
• Review and optimize custom code and enhancements developed using HANA ABAP.
• Oversee technical operations across the S/4HANA RISE platform and coordinate with RISE partners.
• Ensure availability and performance of SAP Fiori apps and the launchpad.
• Plan and manage technical projects, upgrades, and patching in coordination with BASIS and SAP RISE providers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall SAP experience in a managerial or lead technical role.
• Advanced HANA ABAP skills, including CDS views, AMDPs, OData services, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA RISE architecture, including system landscape, deployment models, and service boundaries.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori troubleshooting, configuration, and UX basics.
• Basic HANA BASIS knowledge regarding system sizing, patches, and performance.
• Knowledge of the SAP technical ecosystem, including PI/PO, BTP, CPI, IDOCs, and workflows.
• Working knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control, risk analysis, and role management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in HANA ABAP or S/4HANA Technical.
• Experience working in RISE with SAP environments.
• Exposure to DevOps tools for SAP, Solution Manager, or SAP Cloud ALM.
