Description

You will align logistics and warehouse management processes, providing functional support and system optimization for production environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Support business users through troubleshooting, system monitoring, and creating detailed functional specifications for enhancements.
• Plan and facilitate change rollouts, managing implementation and status updates to ensure zero impact on production lines.
• Analyze root causes to develop long-term solutions and immediate workarounds for complex business challenges.
• Oversee and track IT vendors, including internal system owners and external service providers.
• Implement ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management within the standard IT Operating Model.

Required Skills

• 7-10+ years of related experience in SAP environments.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP implementation projects.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Strong understanding of external systems interfacing to and from SAP.
• Ability to prioritize critical issues impacting operations and system stability.
• Proven capability to lead and coordinate tasks across manufacturing, logistics, IT, and operations functions.
• Excellent communication skills for managing stakeholder expectations and resolving conflicts.

• Project lead or coordinator experience.
• Risk Management expertise.
• Application of ITIL principles for operational management tasks.
