Description

You will lead technical consulting and solution design for complex enterprise SCADA and MES integration projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for proof of concepts, demonstrations, and prototypes.
• Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Account Managers to analyze customer business goals and integration needs.
• Generate documentation to support Statement of Work (SOW) and Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) creation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and influence key contacts through technical thought leadership.
• Mentor team members to improve technical consulting delivery and share expertise across the business.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in engineering or manufacturing processes for solution design.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles.
• Expertise in Ignition SCADA systems and MES interface implementation.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, C++, VBA/VBScript, or Python.
• Experience integrating SCADA with automation systems such as FactoryTalk or Siemens WinCC.
• Knowledge of software release management across DEV, QA, and PROD environments.
• Experience with pull requests, merge operations, solution building, and deployment.
• Understanding of software development life-cycle (SDLC) and testing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Team Foundation Server or Jira.
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams.
