Description

You will build backend services using Scala and Big Data technologies.

You will develop and maintain Spark applications using Scala. Build and consume REST APIs as part of the backend infrastructure. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java Backend development.
• Proficiency in Scala development.
• Experience with Spark and Spark SQL.
• Knowledge of Big Data technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, distributed computing).
• Experience with Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tooling (Jenkins, Gradle, Bitbucket).
• Experience using project management tools like Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of tenure in current or similar roles.
