Description

You will lead Lean-Agile practices to drive team delivery, backlog health, and organizational change.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate backlog refinement, release planning, and quarterly intent planning to align vision with roadmap execution.
• Coach teams in Kanban principles, managing flow through WIP limits, classes of service, and feedback loop improvements.
• Remove organizational impediments and act as a buffer to protect team focus and minimize external distractions.
• Lead change management initiatives using methodologies like ADKAR or Lewin's model to transition teams to future-state processes.
• Monitor and communicate delivery metrics to provide transparency on planning, completion, and implementation progress.

Required Skills

• 2-5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
• Hands-on experience with Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
• Practical knowledge of Lean-Agile methods such as Extreme Programming (XP) or Lean applied to Knowledge Work.
• Experience working with Agile scaling frameworks, specifically SAFe.
• Proven ability to manage dependencies and coordinate across multiple teams at the program level.
• Strong background in change management and systems thinking.
• Ability to mentor Product Owners and team members in Agile-Lean values and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.
• Must reside in the Atlanta, Georgia area.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum Master certification or equivalent professional certification.
• Kanban Management Professional (KMP) certification.
