You will facilitate Scrum and Lean/Kanban practices to drive high-performing team delivery and agile transformation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum events and lean workflows to ensure metrics-driven delivery.
• Coach teams and stakeholders on agile principles and process improvements.
• Integrate AI agents into human systems and workflows.
• Manage collaboration using tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and MURAL.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of full-time experience as a Scrum Master or in an agile environment.
• Deep expertise in the Scrum Framework and Lean/Kanban methodologies.
• Proficiency with agile collaboration tools: Jira, Rally, VersionOne, and ADO.
• Practical exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management and team coaching capabilities.
• Experience with remote collaboration platforms including Trello and MURAL.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Interest and experience in integrating AI agents into business processes.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
